Prasad Pasumarthi
Prasad brings more than two decades of experience in the Technology Services industry predominantly in the BFSI, Defence and Criminal Justice domains. With his techno-leadership roles in the UK, USA and India, Prasad has the exposure & experience required of a leader to engage with his global clientele.
As CEO of Innoright, he drives the strategy, vision, growth & future direction of the company ensuring a performance driven culture and generating tangible value for all stakeholders – employees, customers, partners & investors. From a hands-on techie to leading teams and growing up the leadership ladder, he played a variety of roles in his career. He is known for his people leadership & cross organization collaboration.
In his role at Franklin Templeton, he was accountable for technology partnership with Enterprise Risk, Legal, Compliance and Global HR providing leadership support on Workday, PeopleSoft HR, eGRC Archer, Oracle Apex etc. technologies.
He was responsible for technology implementation and liaison with multiple police departments in the US like Pennsylvania State Police, Fairfax County Gang Investigation Unit, Bureau of Industry & Security. He played a very significant role in development and support of Incident Management System currently being used by all police departments in the UK.
Ravi Nistala
Ravi is a strong technology leader with more than two decades of expert hands-on experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, Pharma & Logistics domains.
As CTO at Innoright, he owns and drives the organization’s technology strategy & growth roadmap, is the public face of technology, mentors tech talent pool, establishes a tech culture with defined best practices. He oversees the project execution & delivery as well.
With many prestigious certifications like Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer, Certified AWS Solution Architect, AWS Developer Associate, and Certified in Azure, he leads Innoright’s cloud strategy. His other certifications include PMP, ITIL v3, CSM, Six Sigma Green Belt, SCEA, SCJP, IBM Rational Certified, and IBM certified Enterprise Developer to name a few out of a long list. Ravi comes with strong expertise in Data Science and has completed his four-course professional graduate-level certification in Data Science from the Harvard University Extension School, USA.
With over two decades of work experience in the US and Europe, Ravi brings with him a global perspective in his technology approaches.
In his previous roles in the US, he was instrumental in providing technology architecture to Federal Government agencies & private clients. He provided Data and Application Architecture Support in the areas of data security, data interoperability, data accessibility, and disaster recovery for US Federal Agencies as their technology advisor.
Manjusha Gunukula
Manjusha has over 24 years of strong technology services experience and has successfully played many leadership roles in Public Services, Retail, Finance, and Human Resources.
As COO at Innoright, Manjusha oversees the project execution & delivery right from client initiation meetings to project closure. She is extremely skilled at techno-functional architecture and solution designing. With her vast knowledge in multiple domains, Manjusha commands the respect of her clients and team.
Prior to joining Innoright Solutions, Manjusha had an illustrious career at TechMahindra (Satyam Computers) as a Program Manager leading the GE Power Systems and GE Consumer Finance projects.
Manjusha is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and is a recipient of the “Achievers Award” from GE for her leadership in developing a portal and internal tools that improved GE’s operational efficiencies.
Having worked with global clientele, Manjusha is well versed with the diverse, cross-cultural sensitivities that play a crucial role in the delivery and execution of any project.
Srinivas Lanka
Srinivas Lanka is a Post Graduate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (1983 -85) and a Fellow of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India (FCMA).
Lanka has served as Executive Director of Sun Pharmaceuticals. He has contributed to taking Sun Pharma to 6th Rank in India. He was Head of strategic business units of Novartis and has integrated Ciba Geigy and Sandoz creating a novel and successful business model in India.
Lanka served as a director on board and transformed Aurobindo Pharma from domestic penicillin’s company into one of the most respected vertically integrated global generic pharmaceutical companies.
As Chief Mentor for Innoright, Mr. Lanka oversees the strategy and mentors the executive management team. He shares his time, expertise, and connections such that Innoright’s goals are well-aligned and accelerated at the designed pace.
