No Refunds

Once you have registered and purchased seats, we cannot offer any refunds. This policy ensures we can maintain the highest level of service and security for all users.

Credit for Unused Seats

At the time of renewal, you can receive a credit for up to 2 unused seats, which will be applied towards your next annual payment. This allows you to adjust your subscription based on your current needs.

Subscription Renewal and Data Deactivation

If you choose not to renew your subscription upon its expiration, all your data and associated QR codes will be permanently erased from our database for security purposes. This ensures your information remains secure and up-to-date.

Reactivation Requires New Subscription

Should you decide to rejoin InnoTag after a seat’s subscription has lapsed, you will need to subscribe again as a new user. This process will involve generating new QR codes, as previous codes cannot be restored.
