How does seat activation and subscription period work?

Your subscription begins on your registration date, which serves as your annual renewal date. When you purchase seats, you can activate them at your convenience. Unactivated seats remain available for you to assign whenever you’re ready.

Can I add more seats after my initial purchase?

Yes! You can add more seats at any time during your subscription period. The cost for additional seats will be prorated based on the number of months remaining until your next renewal date, so you only pay for the time you use.

How is the prorated cost for additional seats calculated?

The prorated cost is calculated by multiplying the annual seat price by the fraction of the subscription period remaining. For example, if there are 6 months left until your renewal date, you’d pay half the annual price for each additional seat.

What happens to unused seats at the time of renewal?

If you have any unused seats when your renewal date arrives, you can receive a credit for up to 2 unused seats, which will be applied towards your next annual payment. This ensures you’re only paying for seats you’re actively using.

Will all my seats renew on the same date?

Yes, all seats, including any added during the year, will renew on your annual renewal date. This simplifies subscription management by keeping all renewals aligned.

Can I cancel individual seats before the renewal date?

You can choose not to renew specific seats at your next renewal date. However, we cannot offer refunds for seats during the active subscription period.

Why can't I get a refund after registration?

Our policy is that we do not offer refunds after registration. This policy ensures that we can maintain consistent service quality and security for all users.

How secure is my information?

We prioritize your privacy by securely storing your information using advanced encryption protocols and allowing access only to authorized individuals.

My pet already has a microchip. Will InnoTag still be useful?

Many pet owners rely on microchips, but:
• Microchips can malfunction or migrate within the pet’s body.
• Specialized scanners are required, and not everyone has access to them.
• Time-consuming: The pet must be taken to a facility equipped with a scanner.
InnoTag eliminates these challenges by allowing anyone with a smartphone to scan the QR code, facilitating immediate action without the need for costly equipment.
